Today I’m talking eye creams. Application of an eye cream is an often overlooked step. The eye area is fine and delicate and quite literally the first area to show signs of aging so it’s best to not neglect this area. I apply eye cream as a second step, right after cleansing. Be sure to lightly tap it on- not only on the under eye, but around the entire eye area.

Here are 5 eye creams I love:
DHC concentrated eye cream– I was introduced to this by Dermstore. It’s also sold at Ulta and Amazon too (>600 excellent reviews on Amazon!) This cream is lightweight, does not irritate sensitive eyes and works well under makeup.
Elta MD renew eye gel daily eye therapy-Containing peptides and hyaluronic acid, this is more of a treatment eye cream that helps with undereye puffiness and dark circles.
Kiehls creamy eye treatment with avocado nourishing eye cream– The name says it all- this product is creamy and nourishing and quite thick, and feels like a treat for your eye area.
Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Gel Eye Cream– this has a luxe, creamy gel-like consistency. It feels very emollient. A nice PM eye cream to help you wake looking more well rested.
First Aid Beauty Niacinimide Brightening Cream-This provides a beautiful light tinted sheen which helps to brighten the undereye area. Caffeine aids in reducing the appearance of puffiness so it’s perfect for AM.
