I’m all about streamlined routines. The items below are those I have continued to rely on for a beautiful year-round glow.

  1. Apply a small amount of primer to face and lids. I love RMS Radiance Locking Primer and the Pure Canvas Hydrating Primer from Laura Mercier.
  2. Apply Becca Undereye Primer and then one swipe of Nars Creamy Concealer, lightly tapping both with the ring finger. Any remaining concealer can be applied to the area around the nose.
  3. Next, apply a nickel-sized amount of a tinted moisturizer. I love Nars Radiant Tinted Moisturizer and Laura Mercier Oil Free Tinted Moisturizer. A GREAT low cost option is this one from Burts Bees.
  4. Using a big, fluffy brush, I apply this highly rated bronzer in the shape of a large “3” to each side of the face.
  5. To the apples of cheeks I then apply this amazing, under $10 blush. It’s a dupe for the cult Nars blush in Orgasm. I love the shades Luminoso and Petal Primavera.
  6. My pro-tip to maintaining a glowy look is to just lightly tapa setting powder to the T zone or wherever you’re looking to minimize shine. I love the Laura Mercier Translucent Powder .
  7. Next up is brows, but since I’m short on time we just brush them upward and then apply this budget eyebrow mascara or this holy grail brow gel. They are both faves and have a build in spoolie applicator and don’t harden the brows. So natural.
  8. I never, ever skip curling my eyelashes. It makes such a difference. After curling with your eyelash curler – this one is my ” ride or die ” curler– for about 20 seconds each side, apply 1 to 2 coats of your favorite mascara. My top two are this one by Honest Beauty and the Ilia Limitless Lash Mascara.
  9. The final step is to apply an emollient lip balm. I always have multiples of this one (under $5) and this one (under $15) in my makeup bag and everywhere in between 😉

It seems like a lot of steps but this routine takes less than 5 minutes!

I’d love to hear- have you tried any of these products? Let us know in the comments!
